Delivery Times
We do not send out software - please download the application(s) you are purchasing from the Downloads page. Once we have processed your order we will email you an unlock password and serial number, usually within 24 hours of you receiving your payment confirmation.

Note on Price Charged to Non UK Customers.
Please note that we charge all amounts in British Pounds Sterling. The amount that will be charged to your credit card will be based on exchange rate prevailing at the time the credit card company processes your purchase, and may not be the same amount as shown on the 'Buy by Mail' order form. Please use our currency converter on the NetBanx payment page to view the approximate local price you will be charged at today's exchange rate. We cannot give you an exact local currency price for credit card transactions as this is out of our control.
